Construction Current Projects
Nexus Construction is currently working on several projects in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. Six new apartment buildings are being added to our community at the Legends at Steeplechase located in Richwood, Kentucky. Site and building planning is currently underway for our newest apartment community that will be located in Union, Kentucky. It will feature over 300 units with a spacious clubhouse complete with a theater, exercise room, and pool.
Other current projects include a 30,000 square foot residential building located in Florence, Kentucky. Once completed this facility will serve as an inpatient women’s treatment facility that can house up to 100 women. The facility includes offices for 20 staff members, a kitchen, dining room, living area, computer room, and a garden. Nexus Construction works closely with several Housing Agencies in both Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati to give residents in these communities new housing at affordable prices.
