For every full month of occupancy in a Nexus apartment, you'll receive a minimum $100 credit toward the purchase of a new Drees home. A maximum of $3,000 can be earned on a home less than $200,000. Earn $150 for each month up to a maximum of $4,500 if you buy a home with a selling price of $200,000 or greater. It's the easiest savings plan around! Of course there are some rules. Renters have to fulfill at least a one-year lease to qualify for the discount. The maximum discount you can receive is $4,500. And the discount doesn't have any cash redemption value.
