Nexus PM, LLC began as a division of The Drees Company. The Drees Company began when Theodore Drees, an immigrant from Germany, built the first Drees house in 1928 in the town of Wilder, Kentucky. From these humble beginnings, The Drees Company prospered and grew to become a nationally recognized leader in the home building industry. In 1998, The Drees Company received the award of "America's Best Builder".
In the Greater Cincinnati area, Drees builds superior single-family homes, townehomes and carriage homes. Drees also builds homes in many other states. In April of 2004, Nexus PM, LLC was formed as a separate company from the Drees Company. As our apartment management strives to be the premier apartment home provider, Nexus Construction works to develop new apartment communities, builds multifamily housing and light retail as well as office buildings. Our customers are residents living in our managed communities and owners of the communities and buildings using our construction and management.
